Privacy policy

Policy draft — operator details and release requirements are awaiting confirmation.

Information the application processes

The backend processes IP addresses, socket identifiers, approximate IP-derived country, region and city information, interests, messages, and abuse reports. Text messages include conversation and sender/receiver identifiers. The app does not require a public account.

Message retention and reports

Unreported text messages older than one hour are scheduled for deletion approximately every ten minutes while the backend runs. Deletion can be delayed by downtime. Reporting can preserve message copies. Reports, reported messages, bans, operational logs, and any historical payment records do not yet have a verified deletion schedule. The operator must set and disclose that schedule before release.

Video and browser storage

WebRTC exchanges connection information between participants and uses third-party STUN infrastructure. Peers may learn network addresses. The application uses local browser storage for preferences and interests, and service-worker caching for app assets. Administrators may store access credentials in their browser. Other participants can record their screens.

Access, providers and requests

The configured deployment uses Vercel, Render and MongoDB Atlas. Authorized administrators can access moderation records. Operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, provider retention details, and a privacy-request contact are awaiting confirmation. This draft is not a completed legal notice.

Optional Paddle checkout

If enabled, Paddle processes checkout and payment details for an optional restriction unlock. The backend stores an order reference, transaction identifier, price identifier, IP address, ban reference, verification status, completed payment amount, currency, completion time and test/live environment. Card details are entered in Paddle checkout. Financial retention, refund terms and the support contact must be finalized by the operator before live payments are enabled.
